FFF CONDITIONING CLUB is a five week OUTDOOR EXERCISE program that gives you the ultimate structure and knowledge to maintain your fitness goals to last a lifetime. Learn how to make the outdoor environment your own personal gym.

 

FFF CONDITIONING CLUB uses FUNDAMENTAL EXERCISE in a OUTDOOR CIRCUIT TRAINING format called the RING O FIRE™, so all ability levels are encouraged to participate.  We meet three times a week, and the classes are designed to be fun and repetitive, so the proper form and technique utilized during warm-up, stretching, and muscle conditioning are retained into your long term memory.

 

You will work out with other like minded individuals who desire similar long range fitness goals.  When you join you are sure to LOSE FAT, INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, and INCREASE MUSCLE TONE.
